| 抄録 | 非接触型渦巻ばねの解析において、限定的な境界条件下での代表的な螺旋形状に関する理論がいくつか報告されている。前報においてはアルキメデス曲線に限定しない任意曲線に関する変形挙動の解析を行った。ただし、解析の範囲は、非接触状態に限定されていた。本報では、解析範囲を接触領域にまで拡張した。接触を考慮する方法としてはラグランジュの未定乗数法を採用する。接触状態における変形形状に関しては、実験的な検証を行った。解析結果と実験結果は良好な一致をみた。 |
| Abstract | In the previous paper, we performed the deformation analysis of the arbitrary curves without restriction the Archimedean curves. However, the scope of the analysis was limited to the non-contact state. This paper, the scope of analysis was expanded to the domain of the contact. The Lagrange multiplier method is used as the method to solve the contact problem. We conducted an experiment veri cation of the deformed shape in the contact state. The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results. |
